On August 27, 2021, the Universidade do Avelhecer (UniSER) launched its first newsletter , or newsletter.

the diary  do Tempo comes with a proposal to bring students, employees and external audiences closer to the world of UniSER.

The first edition tells the story of the program and how it emerged within the University of Brasília. It also features the Action project, one of UniSER's seven extension projects, and several photos of the program's pioneering students.

The coordinator of Diário do Tempo, Thays Nunes Silva , says she is very excited about the project and that the frequency of bulletins will be fortnightly , "it is a great pleasure for all of us in UniSER communication to see this project coming off the ground. It is very important for us to share the story of the program in a more humanized and joyful way, with photos of real and dear people who were part of our history."

_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_    Due to the importance of the theme of the Congress, UniSER is proud to have been part of this important moment of contribution, through its collaborator Selma. In her words, she expressed her feeling of gratitude and happiness:

_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_    “I consider the selection and exhibition of these works at the Congress a historic milestone in this period of resumption of post-pandemic activities, as it has been reinforced the need to develop movement, creativity and Active Aging to improve the quality of life of this population. Institutional and State support are needed to continue initiatives like this, to make the occupation of city spaces more frequent by the elderly. Expressiveness, through the arts, dance-theater and art therapy, practiced by those over sixty, motivates their protagonism in front of their own lives, expands and evolves socialization as a whole, in addition to recognizing the uniqueness of beautiful stories of life of these groups.

_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_   I thank the participation and collaboration of the UniSER teachers who encouraged me, the UniSER students who were present in the activities related to the projects, as well as the elderly people of the city who were involved and, finally, to the sponsorship of FAC, the support of Academia BBF and the cultural producers Ulysses X. and Raul Santiago, who helped me in the assembly and production of the Expressão nos Parques project. This was a phenomenal achievement for all of us."
