New Christmas Campaign collects toys for children
UniSER/UnB is collecting toys for more than 600 socially vulnerable children from various institutions in the Federal District. The "Natal +Perto de você" campaign is our new christimas campaign that promotes solidarity in times of pandemic through intergenerationality, focusing on the relationship between the elderly and children.
To participate, you can make a donation online through the Brinkpell toy store website, which offers a 20% discount for those who donate to the campaign or in person at one of the five collection points throughout the Federal District, until 12/11 . Toys of up to R$30 may be donated, including balls, dolls, puzzles and a memory game.
The delivery of gifts will take place on December at events that will feature a Story Telling Workshop and more surprises to brighten up Christmas.
UniSER is a program of the University of Brasília (UnB), which aims to promote active and healthy aging in the Federal District through educational actions that enable the expansion of capacities and skills in the life of the elderly in the community.
